Accreditation is an up and coming issue here at Otterbein. Although it will impact a majority of students it doesn't seem to be a topic of discussion among the student population. When asked about the accreditation issue, Otterbein students had a variety of responses:
"My favorite thing about Otterbein is that I personally feel that my professors in my major and in my major's department truly care for their students and push us to maximize our potential while still remaining esteemed mentors." Mollie Kemp, senior zoo and conservation science and equine science double major.
"The food here is god awful, it needs to be better, we need to have a wider variety of food, not just pork and fish, because I don't really like those." Kevin Adell, junior, accounting major
"I almost didn't come to Otterbein, but I'm so glad I did. It has been an amazing experience so far and I wouldn't trade it for anything." Victoria Morin, sophomore, early childhood education major
"If Otterbein wasn't accredited then I wouldn't have access to student loans, therefore wouldn't have went here." Regan Donoughe, sophomore marketing major
"As someone who plans on going to graduate school one day, I would like credits that transfer and a degree that means something." Mary Murphy, junior, marketing major
