Otterbein women's basketball player Ali Cartnal finishes her playing career at Otterbein in the top 10 in scoring and assists with 1,266 points and 325 assists.
Cartnal's teammate, Dani Kissel, will also finish in the top 10 in scoring. Cartnal has played with Kissel over the past four seasons and said Kissel “makes other people on the court better.” According to Cartnal, the two players seem to click and “read off of each other” while on the court.
Both players have pushed each other to perform better each year. Cartnal believes she’s grown since her freshman year and has become “a lot more confident shooting, dribbling and pretty much in every aspect.”
Cartnal and the team look to extend their successful season into the OAC tournament.
