Otterbein sports will be busy at work this coming weekend. Baseball, softball, tennis, track lacrosse and women’s golf are all scheduled to compete. Most events will be taking place on campus Saturday.
The baseball team will hit the road and travel to Muskingum for a double header on Sunday starting at 1 p.m. followed by the second game at 4 p.m. The Cardinals enter the weekend sitting at 9-8 overall and 2-0 in Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) play.
Both Otterbein lacrosse teams will be in action on Saturday. The men’s team will be playing host to John Carroll in a conference showdown at 7 p.m. The Cardinals are off to a strong start sitting at 6-3 overall 1-0 in conference play. Women’s lacrosse will travel to John Carroll for a road contest at 1 p.m. They are coming off of a non-conference victory against Ohio Wesleyan and look to build a winning streak.
Women’s golf along with track and field are competing in events. The women’s golf team will be competing in the Mount St. Joseph Classic on Saturday and Sunday in Harrison, Ohio. Track and field will host the April Fools Invitational on Saturday.
