Otterbein University is celebrating its 172 Commencement on April 28, 2019. The speaker for this year is Chairman, President and CEO of American Electrical Power (AEP) Nicholas Akins. As the ceremony draws near, graduating students are wrapping up their last year at Otterbein.
“It’s crazy how fast the last four years have gone by. I’m both scared and excited,” said public relations and journalism and media communicaton double major Haylie Schmoll. “I look forward to walking across the stage and celebrating all the little moments that got me here.”
“I’m nervous about finding a career that I will enjoy that is within my field of study,” said Alana King-Mendenhall. “But I’m excited to graduate and explore all the possibilities.”
