Editor's Blog: T&C Media wraps up academic year

T&C Media provides an overview of stories and changes to expect next semester

T&C Media is wrapping up for the academic year. Here is an overview of some stories to expect in the last weeks and changes to expect next semester.

Stories coming out this week include a recap on spring sports as softball, tennis, lacrosse and track finish out their seasons. Women’s basketball performed well this season, making their way into the OAC tournament and track and field will continue into the OAC outdoor championships. We will also have a preview on fall sports for the 2019-20 year.

John Comerford was officially inaugurated as president of Otterbein University on April 12. Since he has been on campus, changes like the Only Otterbein campaign and the tuition transparency model have been introduced to the institution.

For transfer students coming in next year, T&C Media has advice on how to navigate a new campus. In the fall, we will have a story on the incoming freshman class, that has 53 more students than the previous year.

Next semester we will be experiencing staff changes, as we are in the process of hiring a new editor-in-chief and copyeditor.

Information on crime within the Otterbein community will still be updated on the weekly crime map, which includes the date, location and crime reports.
