  • The gap between votes for Kamala Harris and Donald Trump is wider in Franklin County than in Ohio overall. 
  • Only about a third of polling locations reported their vote tabulation when AP News called the Ohio election in favor of Donald Trump. 

Local election focus

  • Both the Franklin County children's services levy and the COTA levy passed. The child services levy passed with greater support at 62% for yes whereas the COTA levy passed at 57% for yes. 
  • Representatives to congress that won the election were both Democrats. For the third district, Joyce Beatty won with a 71% votes for yes. And for the 15th district, Adam Miller won with a 54% vote for yes.
